Seit kurzem gibt es im Freeware-Remake von Microsoft Train Simulator (MSTS) ein neues Feature: Realistischen Rauch! Allerdings wirkt Rauch nur dann realistisch, wenn er in jeder einzelnen Lokomotivdefinition richtig eingestellt ist, was auch ab und zu vorkommen soll. Diese Utility erlaubt es, schnell und einfach einen ganzen Trainset Ordner nicht nur in Bezug auf Dieselabgas-Simulation auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen.

For users of Open Rails Train Simulator (ORTS)

A new feature has recently been added to the freeware-remake of Microsoft Train Simulator (MSTS): Realistic smoke! Yet, emissions only look realistically if set up accordingly in every locomotive database file, which seldom seems to be the case. This utility can quickly and easily update a whole Trainset folder not only with regard to the diesel-emission simulation.

Wer Mosaic für die Bodentexturierung verwendet hat sich sicher schon mal über die Limitierung der Texturgröße in MakeAce geärgert (512x512 px). Diese Programm macht nichts anderes, als Mosaic´s Aufrufe von MakeAce auf AceIt umzuleiten und somit diese Problem zu beheben.

For routebuilders with MSTS.

If you use Mosaic for creating MSTS Terrtex art you for sure have already got to know the texture size limit MakeAce imposes upon export (512x512 px). This little program just redirects Mosaic´s calls of MakeAce to AceIt in order to avoid this problem.
